Terms of Sale:

By placing an order with us, you are representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided.

Payment Terms:

  • Cash on delivery.

  • bKash on delivery (bkash payment charge will be provided by customer).

  • Payment Gtaeway: Shurja Pay on order.

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Delivery address must be accurate and need flexible time for delivery (within 24 hours).

  • Our home delivery service charge is only 50 taka (Under 699 tk Order )for each order.

  • At present our delivery service is limited in Dhaka City.

  • We process the orders that have been placed within 9 AM to 5 PM. So, if you place an order after 5 PM, we will process that after 24 hours and the delivery will be done within 2 days from then.

Replacement Policy:

  • Customer should complain about products within 3 days from receiving time and investigation should be done by QC. If the complaint is authentic, products will be replaced.

  • Customer must keep the defected/rejected products along with packet frozen until withdrawal by our QC team.

  • QC will withdraw the products within 24 hours for investigation against complain.

  • Investigation should be done in 2 days and the report must be sent to Management about the authentication of complain and will get the approval of Management.

  • Finally replacement should be done after 5 working days from withdrawal of products receiving date.
